Riva Condo Sales Strong as Construction Nears
The Riva, a luxury condominium in Fort Lauderdale, is set to start construction in a few weeks with about half of the 100 units under contract.
“We’re thrilled with the sales pace and with the reception we’ve gotten from the marketplace as a whole,” said Bradley Deckelbaum, principal of Premier Developers.
The project sits on a two-acre site at 1180 N. Federal Highway along the Middle River and across from George English Park. Units are priced from $645,000 to more than $1.7 million, with eight penthouses ranging from $2.7 million to $3.8 million.
The 15-story building is expected to open in the summer or fall of next year.
