In Demand Construction Workers Getting Paid More

The demand for construction workers is on the rise.

There are more projects than there are workers available.

Take the soon-to-be Wyndham hotel in Clearwater, for instance. At its peak, the project will employ 600 construction workers alone, not to mention the several other projects Moss and Associates has going on around town.

“There’s a lot of work coming here to Tampa Bay. There’s a lot of work out there now and an awful lot planned,” said John Bowden, VP Moss & Associates.
