Moss & Associates Celebrates Topping Out Atton Brickell Hotel

Crews from Moss & Associates of Fort Lauderdale have topped out the Atton Brickell Hotel, 1500 SW First Ave., as Atton Hotels’ first North American property nears its opening.

Built by Atton Hotels of Santiago, Chile, the hotel, across from the Brickell Publix shopping center, is aimed at the business traveler, and will feature rooftop amenities, a poolside bar, ground-floor restaurant and bar with indoor/outdoor patio seating, 7,000 square feet of event rooms and 177 parking spaces.
