This project is being constructed for Dr. Kiran Patel. Dr. Patel is a repeat client for whom we successfully completed the Wyndham Grand Resort on Clearwater Beach. This project was funded by Dr. Patel for the end user Nova Southeastern University, which move its medical school campus to Clearwater when the project was completed. A unique aspect about the project is there is an active Bald Eagle’s nest within 660’ of the project which limited construction during the nesting season along and required additional monitoring of the eagles.
