Moss Completes The Henry in Tampa
A Unique Student Housing Offering on E. Tyler Street
TAMPA, Fla – Moss Construction is pleased to announce the completion of The Henry, a student housing community located at 100 East Tyler Street, between Ashley Drive and Tampa Street in Tampa, Florida.
The $76 million, 23-story, 450,000 square-foot apartment complex includes 16 floors of living area, with 188 fully furnished apartments, 537 beds, private and group study rooms,a fitness center, club room, gaming room and an outdoor amenity deck with a pool overlooking the University of Tampa campus. The residential tower sits atop a 7-floor garage base with 422 parking spaces and also contains 1,800 square feet of ground floor retail.
“With its proximity to the University of Tampa and the amenities provided, The Henry brings a new style of student living to the region. It was an exceptionally exciting project to deliver,” said Moss’ Vice President, Jeff Callahan. “We are honored that the joint venture between Development Ventures Group, InTown Group and Halstatt Real Estate Partners, gave us the opportunity to make this unique student housing offering a reality.”
The project broke ground in 2019 and took two years to complete.
Designed by Niles Bolton Associates, The Henry offers residents city, water, bay or riverwalk views, luxury apartment finishes, and fully equipped kitchens.
