TAMPA, Fla. – Moss Construction is pleased to announce that Katie Gower has joined the firm’s Tampa office as Business Development Director.
Gower will focus on business development in the greater Tampa market. She will be working with the local Moss team to lead sales and client-relationship management, track new markets, develop strategic partnerships and guide long-term objectives.
“With her extensive experience in the construction industry and strong ties to the local community, Katie is a welcome addition to our growing regional team” said John Bowden, Senior Vice President.

Moss recently completed Nova Southeastern University’s Dr. Kiran C. Patel School of Osteopathic Medicine in Clearwater and is currently working on the Ritz Carlton Residence in Sarasota and a new rental residential building within Water Street Tampa. Gower earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of South Florida. She is a long-time member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of Tampa Bay and a member of the Board of Directors of the Society of Real Estate Professionals (SOREP).
