The Harbour Tops Off with 32-Story Twin Towers
Luxury residential project in North Miami Beach on track for 2018 delivery
MIAMI – August, 2017 – Developers 13th Floor Investments and Key International, in conjunction with Moss, announce that The Harbour, a twin-tower, 425-unit luxury waterfront condominium located in North Miami Beach, Fla., has officially topped off construction at 32 stories for both towers. The $300 million project broke ground in February 2016 and remains on track with its scheduled delivery in late 2018.
With 90 percent of its units already sold and under contract, The Harbour marks the third venture between Moss, 13th Floor Investments and Key International. Together, they are in the final stages of delivering 1010 Brickell, a 387-unit luxury building in the heart of Miami’s Financial District, and 400 Sunny Isles, a sold-out waterfront condo comprised of 230 high-end residential units and a dry boat storage facility.
“The Harbour is yet another testament to the success that can be achieved when working with a strong development partner and best-in-class general contractor,” said 13th Floor Investments Chief Operating Officer, Rey Melendi. “Our collective development expertise and global marketing reach has helped unlock an international buyer pool seeking luxury waterfront living and resort-style amenities.”
Plans for The Harbour originally called for two 25-story towers housing 330 units however, due to overwhelming demand, the developers expanded the project’s scope by nearly 30 percent. The condo units’ high-end offerings will feature open-concept floorplans, private elevators, expansive private balconies and direct water views of Biscayne Bay. Residences include 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units as well as penthouses and two-story villas, ranging from 1,032 to 2,442 square feet with prices starting from the $500,000’s.
“Miami’s waterfront is one of its most iconic assets, and The Harbour is designed to create a private oasis experience in a highly sought-after neighborhood,” said Key International President, Inigo Ardid. “As buildable land becomes increasingly scarce, this is one of the few new projects to provide residents with unobstructed, direct water views.”
The Harbour spans four-and-a-half acres and offers a wide range of luxury amenities, including a full-service private beach club with a panoramic pool. It also features an Aromatherapy Trail, offering owners a unique guided path around the property through a series of curated rejuvenating vegetation.
“This is the third time we have had the pleasure of working with Key International and 13th Floor Investments,” said Moss & Associates Executive Vice President, Scott Desharnais. “We enjoy working with clients with whom we have a long-standing relationship because there is an ease of communication and a shared understanding of the extraordinary goal being accomplished.”
The Harbour’s exclusive Lush Spa will also offer a full menu of treatment and therapies both indoors and outdoors, as well as hydrotherapy plunge pools, steam and sauna rooms amid lavish botanical gardens and exquisite landscaping. Additional resident amenities include an Exercise Vita Course, a state-of-the-art fitness center, concierge, outdoor food and drink service, dog park, barbecue facilities, a soccer field, tennis and basketball courts, children’s wet and dry playgrounds, arcade and more.
