WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Today, Miami-based real estate development firm BGI Companies announced Moss as the construction management firm to complete Alba Palm Beach. Being developed in partnership with Blue Road, Alba Palm Beach is set to deliver a boutique collection of 55 luxury residences by 2025. Located directly on the Intracoastal waterways in the emerging Northwood neighborhood of West Palm Beach, Alba Palm Beach units begin at $3 million and is currently 45 percent sold.
