In the 45 years John Bowden has spent working in the Tampa-area construction industry, he’s never seen anything like the current level of activity. As senior vice president for contractor Moss’ fast-growing Tampa office, Bowden says almost every week he talks to at least one “first-time, out-of-town real estate developer” about a project they’re contemplating.
