FIELD HR COORDINATOR
Moss has been recognized as the leading Solar EPC in the nation for 2025 and is currently seeking skilled HR Coordinators to support vital functions for our hourly team members. The Field HR Coordinator is an important and impactful position to our Operations teams building Solar projects. The selected candidate will work daily at the jobsite construction trailer, greeting and assisting candidates, conducting new hire onboarding and drug testing, managing timekeeping and payroll functions, reporting, addressing employee relations items, and handling offboarding processes. Proficiency in Spanish and/or Creole is highly preferred, along with flexibility to travel and work overtime as required.
Qualification Requirements
· Bilingual in Spanish and/or Creole strongly preferred for the best success interacting with our multi-lingual team members
· Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant professional work experience
· Some previous HR and/or administrative experience is strongly preferred, ideally in a construction setting or supporting hourly/craft team members with recruiting, employee relations, HR compliance, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, etc.
· Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills; experience in Workday or similar HCM/HRIS helpful and strongly preferred.
· Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, demonstrate maturity, professionalism, independence, and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Construction industry experience and/or DOT requirements is a plus.
