The design-build dormitory located on the Texas A&M Galveston campus was completed through a public private partnership (P3) with Hunt Development Companies. The project site is located within a preserved wetland, which was maintained throughout construction.

The 6-story building has cold formed metal framing with slabs on metal decks, a structural steel core, and a brick and stucco exterior façade. A new CMU block central energy plant was constructed next to the main building.
