Repeat Clients are the goal in our Moss Mid-Florida Business Development efforts. The Amalie Arena, home to the Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey Franchise has become a great example of a client that values the expertise at Moss & Associates and provides us CM at risk opportunities. In prior years, we performed Arena upgrades to Promenade & Terraces areas, commercial kitchens and point of sale venues. Then we returned to construct an offsite training facility for the TB Lightning. After that we found ourselves entering the Lightning’s “knuckle biting” playoff schedule while we prepared to completely replace the Amalie AC Chiller System with an external 3-story central modular plant.
