Traveling Solar Laborer

Hiring now! Moss is seeking motivated and safety-conscious Night Shift Laborers to join our team for MC4/Wire Management Remediation on utility-scale solar projects. This position requires travel throughout the state of FL and requires having reliable transportation, and flexibility to travel and work all night shifts.

Important information and requirements:

• $20/hour + $2/hour night shift differential

• Night Shift Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM

• Per diem opportunities available when traveling

• Drug test will be conducted upon job offer acceptance

• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. and present all physical documentation to complete I-9 requirements

• Must have own transportation to travel to work sites

Skills and qualifications:

• Previous experience with solar PV installation, wire management, familiarity with MC4 connectors and/or basic electrical safety practices is preferred but not required

• Must have ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, we will train you to do the rest

• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for the entire shift (8-10 hours)

• Must be willing to work night shifts and travel regularly to project sites in the state of Florida
