PD-10 Operator- Clewiston, FL

Moss Solar, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor of 2025, is hiring Equipment Operators to support our growing solar projects. We are looking for a Solar PD10 Operator. If you have experience operating heavy equipment and can handle physical labor in various weather conditions, apply today!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate PD-10 Heavy Equipment
• Perform site grading, trenching, and material movement as needed.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
• Assist with general labor duties, including material handling and site cleanup.
• Maintain clear communication with site leadership and crew members to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment (solar or construction experience preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for 8+ hrs a day.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme cold or heat).
• Willingness to travel for solar projects across New Mexico and Texas.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Pre-employment drug test required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay:

Starting at $23-24/hr, based on experience
