Job Overview:
Moss is seeking motivated and safety-conscious technicians to join our team for MC4/Wire Management Remediation on utility-scale solar projects. In this role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, identifying, and correcting wire management issues and ensuring MC4 connectors are properly installed and secured according to project standards. Starting pay is $20 an hourly plus opportunity for per-diem

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual inspections and hands-on remediation of MC4 connectors and wire management systems

• Identify damaged, loose, or improperly installed components and correct as needed

• Ensure all cable routing, ties, and supports meet quality and safety standards

• Collaborate with the QA/QC and site supervision teams to ensure all remediation is documented and completed timely

• Use hand tools and test equipment safely and efficiently

• Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with solar PV installation or wire management preferred

• Familiarity with MC4 connectors and basic electrical safety practices

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Willingness to work night shifts if needed
