Vincent Chee

Vincent Chee serves as Senior Vice President of Accounting at Moss, where he oversees accounting operations across project accounting, payroll, tax, and audit. He serves as a trusted advisor to company leadership, ensuring alignment on accounting initiatives and financial reporting. Vincent also leads efforts to improve financial processes through technology and systems that increase efficiency, scalability, and analytical capabilities.

A CPA and CMA with more than 20 years of experience in the North American construction industry, Vincent has a deep background in managing the financial health of large-scale operations. Before joining Moss, he held senior management roles with specialized geotechnical and multinational construction firms, where he focused on driving financial excellence and operational alignment. Vincent values the relationship-driven environment of the construction industry. He is motivated by the opportunity to work with teams that are passionate about solving the challenges of building new infrastructure and believes that every project provides a unique opportunity to learn from new experiences.

Vincent earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simon Fraser University and holds a Certified Associate in Project Management certification. He is a CPA and CMA in British Columbia, Canada.
