Toby Manulak

To say construction is in Toby’s blood would be an understatement. His father was a general superintendent, while both of his grandfathers were in the business. One was an iron worker, and the other a brick mason. Growing up, he worked summers in different parts of the industry, from being a rodman in a survey crew to running blueprints for an architectural firm. His strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit have made him integral to Moss.

As Senior Vice President and Co-Lead of Moss’ Mid-Florida business unit, Toby oversees strategic and construction operations, ensuring seamless execution from preconstruction to close-out. With more than 30 years of experience in residential, hospitality, and education sectors, he brings deep technical expertise and a focus on innovation. A Florida Certified Contractor and LEED Accredited Professional BD+C, Toby is dedicated to optimizing project outcomes and cultivating lasting relationships with clients and partners, reinforcing the region’s continued success.
