Tim Fraser
Vice President
As Vice President, Tim leads PPV and design build work in California, Arizona, and Missouri. He is responsible for development, design, procurement, bidding, contracting, budgeting future work, and execution.
Tim joined Moss as a project manager in 2014 and has since climbed the ranks to project executive before being named vice president. Throughout his time, he has been instrumental in Camp Pendleton, completing over $750M of revenue across the project. His experience prior to Moss includes 14 military installations from California to New York, for the Army, Navy, Marine, and Air Force branches. He cites his father as a driving force in his career, having retired from the military as a colonel while working in construction.
Tim earned his bachelor’s degree in Biosystems Technology from the University of Arizona, where he also completed a minor in Landscape Architecture. He is a member of the Society of Military Engineers, and a qualified Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) practitioner in California. Tim also enjoys mentoring younger team members and paving the way for their growth and success in the field.
