Ken Goodell
Divisional Chief Financial Officer
As Divisional Chief Financial Officer for Moss’ Energy unit, Ken drives strategic financial management by shaping short- and long-term strategies, continuously evaluating their effectiveness, and communicating the financial impact of decisions to drive overall business success. He oversees Energy Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis functions and helps guide long-term investments that support growth across the enterprise.
Since joining Moss in 2023, Ken has become a key voice in how the company plans, invests, and grows. He has strengthened long-term forecasting, advanced SQPP through Energy Business Optimization, improved supplier risk reviews, and helped optimize equipment purchasing and inventory management. His logic-driven approach ensures sound financial decision-making while supporting project teams in the field.
Ken has over a decade of experience in the finance sector within the industry. He thrives in the face of challenge and revels in every day’s new opportunity to navigate the crossroads of strategy, technology, and people. Ken is motivated by the energy industry’s rapid transformation, and welcomes any opportunity to contribute to strategic enhancements, improve financial performance, and explore new avenues for business growth.
Ken earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Kansas, and an MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University. He is a member of CFA South Florida and completed the institute’s program in 2021.
