As Chief Information Officer, J.T. serves these shared service functions: Human Resources Information Systems, Finance Information Systems, Information Technology and Security, Virtual Design Construction, Business Applications, Data Solutions and Advance Innovations (AI).These shared services’ mission is to support the entire construction management lifecycle by delivering innovating business-enabling services focused on continuous transformation, delivering best-of-breed technology services, and offering relevant data insights. J.T. is passionate about driving organizational success through the seamless integration of people, processes, technology, and data.

J.T. attended the University of Miami, where he attained a Master of Business Administration in Management, a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Organizational Behavior, and a Masters Certificate in Telecommunications Management.
