Gordon Springmyer

As Vice President and Project Executive in South Florida, Gordon Springmyer oversees construction operations ranging from preconstruction to project delivery, with a focus on operational transparency and building high-performing teams. Gordon concentrates on client development, including relationships with subcontractors, design professionals, and local municipalities, with a particular focus on the Palm Beach County area.

Gordon joined Moss’ South Florida division in 2007, focusing on hospitality, senior living, and residential projects. With Moss and his prior experience, Gordon has over two decades of experience in the South Florida construction industry. Although he was born in Miami, he has been a resident of West Palm Beach for the last 20 years, while leading projects throughout the tri-county area.

Gordon earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. He actively participates in Associated Builders and Contractors and the Construction Association of South Florida. Additionally, Gordon serves on the Palm Beach County Business Development Board of Directors and is a Business Council Member of The Fund for the West Palm Beach Police.
