As Vice President of Human Resources in the solar unit, Drue provides strategic and comprehensive HR solutions to drive business success as well as employee satisfaction and productivity. She leads initiatives to support Solar’s goals and objectives, including building strong relationships with executives, management, and boots on the ground employees.
Drue has more than five years of experience working for a renewable EPC as HR support for non-union Wind and Solar teams, supporting both Corporate Shared Services and Renewables. She cites her passion for people and desire to help others as driving forces in her career and enjoys any opportunity to find creative solutions to challenges and issues that can make a difference. Drue began her career working in HR for a K-12 Public School District in Indianapolis.
Drue is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She earned a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from the University of Indianapolis, and a bachelor’s degree in General Studies from Indiana University, Indianapolis.
