“Life is all about maintaining good relationships, both at work and at home. To that end, I always strive to achieve the proper balance between my career and my family. The Moss culture provides an environment that enables you to excel in your career, to look forward to going to work each day, and to be successful working with all the team members it takes to deliver quality projects. The key to keeping the balance is to give the same level of commitment to your family, where you look forward to going home each day, and they look forward to seeing you.”
