Bruce Moldow

President, Hawaii & Chief Legal Officer

Bruce is the President of the Hawaii business and serves as a member of the executive team that directs the overall strategy for Moss and supports Moss’ four geographic regions — Hawaii, South Florida, Mid-Florida, and Dallas as well as the company’s two national markets in solar and wood frame construction.

Bruce also serves as Chief Legal Officer, where he advances the entrepreneurial spirit of the Moss organization through finding creative ways to get to “yes” with outcomes that benefit Moss and our clients, employees, and trade contractors. With his solutions-oriented approach, Bruce leads Moss’ legal and risk management efforts, as well as corporate safety. He plays an integral role in the organization’s strategic initiatives.

Bruce earned a Juris Doctor degree with honors from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Maryland State Bar Association. He is also an Authorized House Counsel with the Florida Bar. The South Florida Business Journal named Bruce Moldow a 2020 Ultimate CFO Honoree.
