Bob Conshue

Vice President, Solar, Hawaiʻi

As Vice President of Solar for the Hawaiʻi region, Bob oversees all aspects of solar projects, from preconstruction to project operations and closeout. He is also responsible for Hawaiʻi’s solar strategy, growth, and development.

Bob has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He spent the first ten years of his career in vertical building, general contracting, and electrical, before transitioning to renewable energy. Bob has since led the construction of nearly 12 GWs of projects ranging from utility solar, wind, community solar, and battery storage projects throughout mainland United States, Hawaiʻi, South and Central America, and Asia.

Bob has served on the American Subcontractors Association (ASA) National Board of Directors. He also served as President of ASA’s Arizona chapter and is a former member of IBEW Local 581.
