Angelo Purpura

As Vice President of Solar Electrical, Angelo will provide leadership to our electrical construction field operations teams on large utility-scale solar projects, including strategic planning, management and staffing. In addition, he will help to drive innovation with a strong focus on team development, continuous improvement, and maintaining the Moss safety culture.

Angelo is a solar energy leader with more than 35 years of experience, who has consistently demonstrated his commitment to delivering high-quality and innovative solutions to meet the needs and expectations of clients and partners. He leverages his interpersonal skills to build strong, lasting relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and team members. Angelo previously served as EVP and General Manager for a large-scale Solar EPC and O&M provider. He is passionate about advancing the solar industry and contributing to the success of his team.

Purpura earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of the Pacific, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and MBA from the University of Phoenix. He previously served as an adjunct professor at Sacramento State University.
