Anand Sundar serves as Vice President of Solutions Engineering and Strategy for Moss Energy, where he leads the strategic design and execution of the technology ecosystem supporting the company’s Energy operations. He is responsible for defining the long-term digital architecture and roadmap that enables scalable growth and partners with executive leadership to drive process transformation and the adoption of advanced technologies, including predictive analytics, automation, and AI. His work focuses on improving operational efficiency, increasing visibility, and delivering long-term value across the business.

Anand brings more than 20 years of experience leading digital and business transformation initiatives across global organizations. He has held executive leadership roles focused on enterprise transformation, supply chain optimization, and the implementation of advanced technologies across complex operations. His experience includes driving large-scale innovation efforts and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Anand is driven by a passion for solving complex business challenges through practical, scalable technology solutions. He values building collaborative, high-trust teams and believes in creating systems that support both people and performance. His approach is grounded in ensuring that strategy translates into measurable outcomes that benefit the business and support the evolving energy landscape.

Anand holds executive certificates from The Wharton School in Customer Centric Strategy and Innovation and Growth and Innovation Strategy. He earned a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University. He is also a SCOR-P Certified Professional and is actively involved in industry and innovation communities.
