Alexi Echarte

As Vice President of Energy Preconstruction, Alexi Echarte oversees the integration of preconstruction management and services teams to streamline Moss’ energy project pursuits. He leads a unified team responsible for pipeline and pursuit management in coordination with business development, RFP management, trade estimating, and contracting. Alexi focuses on building scalable processes and strengthening the partnership between preconstruction and field operations to deliver reliable, programmatic solutions for clients. He plays an instrumental role in building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring their goals are aligned with project execution from the very start.

Alexi has been a cornerstone of Moss’ solar journey for over 14+ years. He began his career in 2011 as a Project Engineer and spent nine years leading project management for 17 projects across nine states and Canada. This extensive field experience helped Moss evolve into a full EPC provider. In 2020, he transitioned to the Preconstruction Department, where he previously served as Director and Senior Director of Estimating, shaping the processes that define Moss’ work today.

Alexi earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of North Florida. His career is defined by a deep commitment to collaboration and execution, ensuring that Moss continues to grow in both capacity and expertise as a leader in the energy industry.
