Jeff Cole

Vice President

As Vice President of Construction Management at Moss, Jeff Cole brings more than four decades of industry experience to lead wood frame operations, strengthen client relationships, and support the continued growth of Moss’ Dallas presence. He collaborates closely with preconstruction and marketing teams on strategic cost proposals and provides executive oversight for wood frame projects across the market.

Jeff has spent his career in multifamily housing construction across the federal, public-private, and private sectors. He has been directly involved in the construction of more than 7,000 units, with expertise spanning wrap, podium, garden-style, and build-to-rent developments throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. His extensive background also includes high-rise structural concrete and design-build projects for all branches of the military. A significant portion of his career was dedicated to the planning and execution of military housing communities across the country.

Jeff is passionate about mentoring the next generation of industry professionals and serves as the Executive Sponsor for the Dallas Culture Committee. In this role, he focuses on developing future leaders and maintaining a collaborative environment within Moss’ Dallas wood division. Notable highlights from his career include the TEXO Award-winning WestStar Tower in El Paso, along with key regional projects such as The Ridge at Loop 12 and Tobias Place.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and grandson, and is an avid waterfowl hunter and music enthusiast.
