Ian Fullington

Ian Fullington serves as Vice President and General Counsel of Construction Management at Moss, where he oversees a wide range of legal functions supporting the company’s construction management operations. His responsibilities include contract negotiation, claims, litigation oversight, legal training, due diligence, and operational strategy. Ian partners closely with project teams, leadership, and shared services to navigate legal matters and deliver practical, solutions-oriented guidance. He also contributes to shaping organizational strategy as a member of the South Florida Regional Leadership Team and the Mid-Florida Leadership Team. 

Before joining Moss, Ian spent a decade in private practice, representing owners, developers, sureties, contractors, and trade partners across the country. His background includes extensive experience in complex, multi-party litigation, arbitration, and negotiating prime and subcontract agreements. With a passion for continuing education, Ian frequently speaks at industry events, sharing insights on legislative updates, construction law best practices, and strategies for minimizing risk while maximizing project success.

At the core of Ian’s approach is his belief that we all share a responsibility to leave the world better than we found it. By working alongside Moss’ talented operations teams, he helps empower people to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional projects that elevate communities and create extraordinary experiences. Ian earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma. He is an Authorized House Counsel in Florida, a licensed attorney in Texas and Oklahoma, and a practicing Solicitor in England and Wales.
