Ryan Carter

Ryan Carter is a Vice President at Moss, where he brings over 18 years of construction management experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He is a strategic leader with deep local insight and oversees projects from initial pursuit through final completion – helping Moss identify the right opportunities, win high-impact work, and deliver exceptional results to clients. He plays a key role in positioning Moss in the market, providing operational oversight, and mentoring project teams.

Currently, he is leading several major projects that reflect Moss’ growing presence in the region, including the Toyota Stadium renovation for FC Dallas, as well as the Mansfield Stadium and Infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, he has been involved in some of Texas’ most iconic construction projects, including AT&T Stadium – home of the Dallas Cowboys. His ability to lead large, complex efforts showcases both his technical expertise and his commitment to building lasting value in the communities he serves.

Ryan embraces the challenges that each day brings, finding fulfillment in mentoring and training his team members. He is passionate about leadership development and values the opportunity to shape the next generation of industry leaders. He is also actively involved in professional and community organizations, including the TEXO Association and the Construction Industry Advisory Council for Texas A&M University, where he earned his degree in Construction Science.
