Andrew Reese

As Vice President, Andrew Reese leads commercial construction operations and project pursuits in the Dallas market. With deep roots in the Dallas Forth-Worth region, he plays a significant role in growing Moss’ presence while upholding the company’s culture both within project teams and in the industry. Andrew specializes in high-rise construction and brings a strategic mindset to every phase of execution – from start to finish. 

Andrew’s career has been dedicated to large-scale commercial construction, with a focus on high-rise projects across a variety of product types. His hands-on leadership and operational expertise have helped deliver some of the region’s most complex builds with precision, efficiency, and consistency. 

Andrew sees leadership as an opportunity to elevate others. He is committed to guiding team members in their careers, creating space for growth, and building strong, lasting teams. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the College of Engineering at Texas Tech University and holds LEED AP and OSHA 30 certifications.
