Pablo Burgos-Zayas

As Vice President at Moss, Pablo Burgos-Zayas leads construction operations with a focus on safety, quality, and transparency. With over 15 years in the industry, he has successfully delivered a wide range of projects across many sectors, including education, retail, residential, and federal. His expertise spans multiple markets including Puerto Rico, New York, and Florida. 

Known for his ability to guide complex projects from preconstruction stages through to final completion, Pablo brings energy and integrity to everything, always grounded in strong personal values and commitment to doing what’s right. He is also passionate about talent development and actively supports Moss’ internship program, helping future leaders gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the Moss culture. He believes that building strong relationships – with clients, partners, and team members – is the foundation of every successful project.  

Pablo earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Puerto Rico. He is involved in industry associations, including the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), Construction Association of South Florida (CASF), and the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). Outside of work, Pablo enjoys spending time on the golf course, following Formula 1, and making memories with his two daughters.
