Active Trade Contractors

An Active Trade Contractor is a contractor working with or who has previously worked with Moss, OR who has
completed the Trade Contractor Information Worksheet and has received an email from Moss classifying you as an Active Trade Contractor.

The Trade Contractor Information Worksheet MUST be updated every year for the Trade Contractor to remain active in our system (it’s quick and easy). The following information is needed when you update your information:

• Update and upload your Contractor Score. Please visit: https://contractorscore.com
• Update your Trade Contractors Information Worksheet – click here
• Update and upload your OSHA Form 300A
• Update and upload your EMR verification – current form from insurance broker

If you have questions about remaining active, or if you have completed the Trade Contractor Worksheet and have not received an email (it’s likely information is missing), please contact the Solar Preconstruction Department.

An Active Trade Contractor is a contractor working with or who has previously worked with Moss. Active status is maintained through an up-to-date profile in the Compass platform.

Information Needed to Register:

1. General company information including your Federal ID Number
2. Signed W-9 form (upload and submit)
3. OSHA Form 300A Summary – past three years (upload and submit)
4. EMR verification – current and past 2 years from insurance broker (upload and submit)
5. State/county disadvantaged business certificate (upload and submit if applicable)
6. Relevant project reference information.
7. Trade information: work performed – Current CSI Master Format
8. Insurance information
9. Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, etc.)
   If financial information is not provided and your qualification score exceeds 5, a risk mitigation plan may be required as part of the review process.
