Jeff Callahan

As Senior Vice President and Co-Lead of Moss’ Mid-Florida business unit, Jeff oversees strategic and construction operations across the region, guiding his team to achieve excellence in client service and project delivery. With over 25 years of experience in luxury high-rise, hospitality, and healthcare construction, Jeff specializes in building strong client relationships and driving long-term regional growth. His leadership ensures consistent value, clear communication, and a commitment to exceeding expectations on every project.

In addition to his day-to-day duties, Jeff is an active member of the Associated Builders and Contractors and sits on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Tampa Bay and First Tee Tampa Bay. He is an alumnus of Florida International University’s College of Engineering.
