Mike Mazza

As President & Chief Expansion Officer, Mike leads Moss’ national growth strategy while continuing to guide the Texas team across the Southwest region. With more than two decades of experience spanning hospitality, residential, government, and higher education projects, he is recognized for building high-performing teams and fostering lasting client partnerships.

Mike is focused on identifying strategic markets, strengthening relationships, and driving purposeful, sustainable expansion. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping Moss’s market-entry approach—translating the success achieved in Texas and Florida into new opportunities nationwide, with Nashville representing the next evolution in Moss’ growth story.

Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University and is a licensed general contractor in California. He is a member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), the American Correctional Association (ACA), the American Jail Association (AJA), and the Florida and California Sheriffs’ Associations.
