Bruce Moldow

Bruce Moldow serves as President of Hawaii and leads the company’s enterprise-wide Safety & Risk function as Executive Vice President. A member of Moss’ Vision Leadership Team (VLT) for more than 20 years, Bruce plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction.

As President of Moss’ Hawaii business unit, Bruce is responsible for leading all regional operations, business development, client relationships, and project execution across the Hawaiian Islands. He works closely with local stakeholders, government entities, and industry partners to uphold Moss’ reputation for operational excellence and long-term client success in the region.

In his enterprise role as Executive Vice President of Safety & Risk, Bruce oversees the development and execution of Moss’ safety and risk management strategies. Prior to his current roles, Bruce also served as Moss’ Chief Legal Officer, where he was instrumental in building the company’s legal framework and guiding corporate governance. Since joining Moss in 2005, he has consistently applied his deep knowledge of law, risk, finance, and construction to support the company’s growth and operational integrity.

Bruce earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
