Our Prequalification Process
Moss partners with Compass to manage trade contractor prequalification, compliance, and vendor information. To be considered for bid opportunities and contract awards, all trade contractors must complete the Compass application (1Form) and maintain an active, up-to-date profile.
After submission, your application will be reviewed by our Preconstruction and Risk teams. Please ensure your profile information/required documents (listed below) remain current and that Moss has access to your profile.

Information Needed to Register:
- General company information including your Federal ID Number
- Signed W-9 form (upload and submit)
- OSHA Form 300A Summary – past three years (upload and submit)
- EMR verification – current and past 2 years from insurance broker (upload and submit)
- State/county disadvantaged business certificate (upload and submit if applicable)

- Trade information: work performed – Current CSI Master Format.

- If financial information is not provided and your qualification score exceeds 5, a risk mitigation plan may be required as part of the review process.
